Fresh from the registers — not recycled. Gems come from our latest council ingest for your areas. We do not resell old leads, recycle used opportunities, or keep stale applications in your feed. Decided and refused rows are removed from our database after about 7 days; pre-decision pipeline items stay until the council publishes an outcome or they age out under the same housekeeping rules.

Daily ingest + priority alerts. We run a full council refresh every day (main scrape, pending pipelines, then outcome reconciliation) — your Vault is not filled from a once-a-week spreadsheet. On Command Center, favourite a pending gem you are following; when the council publishes granted or refused, you get a priority alert and the lead surfaces under Priority gems as soon as our reconcile picks it up. Elite members can also turn on high-score gem notifications in Profile.
