Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 May 2026

PulsePermit is operated by Anthony Miles (sole trader) trading as PulsePermit. Website: pulsepermit.co.uk. Contact: pulsepermit1989@gmail.com.

These Terms should be reviewed by a UK-qualified solicitor before scale advertising and long-term production reliance.

1) About PulsePermit

PulsePermit is a planning-intelligence platform for trades and property professionals.

2) Eligibility

You must:

  • Be 18 or older
  • Use the service in a professional / business capacity
  • Provide accurate account information

3) Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login secure
  • All activity under your account

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4) The service

PulsePermit provides access to planning-related opportunities based on your:

  • Selected areas
  • Subscription tier and limits

Important:

  • Data is sourced from public planning registers
  • We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness
  • The same opportunity may be shown to multiple subscribers

Planning extracts and retention

PulsePermit builds its opportunity views from periodically refreshed public planning register extracts stored in our systems. We apply automated housekeeping so the dataset stays bounded: rows may be removed or refreshed based on age, decision dates, application status text, and operational settings (for example configurable retention windows for decided applications and for refused or withdrawn outcomes). Pre-decision (“pending pipeline”) records are kept until they are superseded by a decided outcome on the register or removed under those rules.

Exact retention periods depend on configuration and may change; they are not a guarantee that any particular application row remains visible for a fixed number of days.

Subscriber access is paid unless we have expressly agreed complimentary access with you in writing (for example a short pilot). Public marketing pages may be viewed without a subscription.

5) Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the service unlawfully
  • Send spam or unsolicited marketing in breach of UK law (including PECR)
  • Harass or pressure applicants or agents
  • Use automation to systematically scrape, harvest, or republish the platform dataset so as to recreate or compete with PulsePermit’s offering
  • Interfere with or circumvent security or fair-use limits

Reasonable manual use of information for your own quoting and outreach workflow is expected.

Contact and communication rules

Any outreach must be:

  • Relevant and proportionate
  • Lawful under data protection and marketing rules
  • Professional and respectful

PulsePermit is intended for targeted engagement, not mass marketing. We may restrict accounts that generate misuse complaints.

6) Data responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the data when contacting third parties.

For your own outreach activities you may act as an independent data controller; PulsePermit is not liable for subscriber misuse.

7) Subscriptions

Access is subscription-based when billing is active.

  • Features and limits depend on your selected package / tier
  • Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
  • Prices and plan structure may change for new customers; agreed pricing commitments are honoured for active subscribers unless otherwise stated

A plain-language plan summary is available in subscriptions_public.txt.

7.1) Cancellation

You may request cancellation at any time by contacting pulsepermit1989@gmail.com.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that period ends.

7.2) Refunds

Refunds are not provided automatically as standard.

If you believe there has been a billing error or a service issue, contact pulsepermit1989@gmail.com and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

7.3) Elite launch trial

We may offer a limited launch trial for the Elite tier — for example the first three successful Elite sign-ups receiving three months of Elite access at no charge, subject to the offer shown on Subscribe and checkout when you join.

  • Launch trial subscriptions are set to end after the trial period; they do not automatically renew at the standard Elite price unless you start a new paid subscription.
  • After the trial ends, you may re-subscribe at the standard Elite price shown at checkout.
  • Launch trial and founding pricing are not combined on the same subscription.

7.4) Founding offer (Elite)

From time to time we may advertise a founding-member price for the Elite tier — for example the first twenty successful paid Elite subscribers locking a lower monthly rate for the life of that subscription, subject to the offer shown on our Subscribe page and checkout at the time you join.

  • Founding places are limited; availability is shown on Subscribe where the offer is active.
  • When founding places are sold out, new Elite subscriptions are billed at the standard Elite price unless another promotion is stated.
  • Founding terms apply for as long as that paid Elite subscription stays active and in good standing; if a founding subscription lapses or is cancelled, rejoining may be at standard pricing.

8) Intellectual property

Platform software, design, and branding belong to Anthony Miles trading as PulsePermit or licensors.

You may not copy, resell access to, or repackage the service as a competing product.

9) Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change or be updated.

10) Liability

To the extent permitted by English law:

  • We are not liable for business losses arising from use of the service
  • We do not guarantee results or work opportunities
  • Liability caps tied to subscription fees should be reviewed by a solicitor before reliance in high-stakes use.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached or legal/regulatory risk requires it.

12) Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Notice.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. We will publish the revised Terms on this page and may notify subscribers by email or in-product notice where practical; continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance—confirm wording with your solicitor.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
